Return Policy

Manufacturer Defects:

Brody Massage provides a 30 day warranty. Some items are excluded from our warranty due to improper usage. It’s recommended to keep the box and packaging material for this period of time to avoid having to purchase packaging in case of an issue. Once received, we will issue a replacement item at absolutely no charge to the customer. Brody Massage will review claims and determine whether it’s a manufacturer defect, improper use or a fixable solution.

Buyer’s Remorse Returns:

Items purchased within 30 days may be requested for return. If accepted, there will be a restocking fee of $75 to $250 depending on the item.

Rental Returns:

Returns are only accepted for rentals in the event that items arrive damaged and cannot be replaced.
